GREGORY A. MESCHER

GREGORY A. MESCHER is a shareholder and the founder of the firm. Greg concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, federal income, estate and gift taxation, business law, and residential and commercial real estate.
Greg previously practiced in Peoria, Illinois, for 18 years before relocating his practice to Washington, Illinois, on December 1, 1998. Greg was also formerly with the tax staff of a major public accounting firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and has been a part-time instructor at Illinois Central College teaching courses in taxation and estate planning.
Greg is a frequent lecturer for various civic and professional organizations, as well as for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute. He has also authored chapters on the formation of limited liability companies in Illinois for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He served for six years as a board member of the Illinois Central College Educational Foundation as well as its President during his last year on the board. Greg has also served as President of the Rotary Club of Washington, Illinois.
Greg is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Illinois, Georgia and Iowa, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Central District Court of Illinois.

ANDREW S. RINEHART
SHAREHOLDER
ANDREW S. RINEHART is a shareholder of the firm. Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, federal income, estate and gift taxation, business law, and residential and commercial real estate.
Andrew has served as the President of the Rotary Club of Washington, Illinois. Andrew is also a past County Board Member of District Three, Tazewell County, past-Board Member of the Washington District 50 School Board and past-President and Board Member of the Washington Illinois Area Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
Andrew is a frequent lecturer for the Illinois Central College Educational Foundation and other organizations. Andrew enjoys presenting and educating on various topics in estate planning and other areas of law.
Andrew is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Illinois, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Central District Court of Illinois.

JOHN M. REDLINGSHAFER

JOHN M REDLINGSHAFER is a shareholder of the firm. John concentrates his practice in governmental law and business, commercial and general litigation. John also serves as an Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer.
John is the past President of the Illinois Township Attorneys Association, past-member of the Board of Directors for the Peoria County Bar Association, past-member of the Board of Directors for the Washington Illinois Area Foundation, and past County Board Member for District Three, Tazewell County. John is a current member and past-President of the Rotary Club of Washington, Illinois.
John is a frequent statewide speaker on government-related issues at both conventions and educational seminars. John has authored many articles and publications for various organizations, including the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the official publication of the Township Officials of Illinois, the Perspective.
John is a member of the Illinois Township Attorneys, Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central, and Northern Districts of Illinois (Trial Bar).

PATRICIA A. BENKER

Patricia A. Benker is a native of the area having grown up in Pekin, Illinois. Pat graduated from Illinois Central College and began her career in the legal field with the Peoria law firm of Vonachen, Lawless, Trager & Slevin, eventually earning a certificate of paralegal studies. Pat has been with our firm since it opened in December of 1998 and has become an integral part of the team approach we utilize to ensure each and every one of our clients receive quality service from our law firm.
